1. Where we deliver
We extend our delivery service across the whole of Malaysia, and a customer anywhere within the following areas may place an order in confidence:
Peninsular Malaysia, covering all states without exception.
East Malaysia, comprising Sabah & Sarawak.
2. How we process your order
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfilment queue and is worked through in the ordinary course of business, subject to the following.
Processing window: every order is processed within 1–3 business days, a period that excludes weekends and public holidays.
Confirmation: as soon as your order has been processed and handed to a courier, we will send you a confirmation email that carries your tracking information.
3. What delivery speed you should expect
We do not, at present, offer an overnight or next-day delivery service, and you should plan your purchase accordingly. The table below sets out the delivery windows you should expect once your order has left our premises.
You should treat the windows above as estimates only, since courier operations, seasonal holidays, and adverse weather may all cause a shipment to arrive later than planned.
4. What delivery costs
It is our practice to offer free shipping to our customers as standard.
The standard shipping fee is waived in full as a matter of policy.
Where an order is bulk in nature or forms part of a specialised promotion, however, a shipping fee may still be calculated at checkout according to its total weight and destination.
5. Following your order
Once your parcel has been handed to our courier partner, you will be sent, by email or SMS, a tracking number together with a link that lets you follow its progress toward you in real time.
